Having successfully created a support ticket, as confirmed by an immediate email with the ticket number in the subject line, if you wish to provide additional information about the issue, you can either reply to one of these emails or you can access the issue directly by clicking on your name in the top menu bar of any page and selecting "My activities" from the drop-down list of options. The "My activities" page will be displayed and should list all issues you have either raised or are tracking. Click on the relevant issue to provide further information.
