Having successfully created a support ticket, as confirmed by an immediate email with the ticket number in the subject line, any updates to the support case will result in a new email referencing the same ticket number. If you wish to provide additional information about the issue or to request an update, you can either reply to one of these emails or you can access the issue directly by clicking on your name in the top menu bar of any page and selecting "My activities" from the drop-down list of options. The "My activities" page will be displayed and should list all issues you have either raised or are tracking. Click on the relevant issue to see status, to provide further information or to make a request relating to the specific issue.
