Now that the system is fully available, it is possible to install and operate it free of charge for an unlimited period of time in any territory. Free support comprises access to the product knowledge base and user community plus a ticketing system for submitting technical or functional issues that cannot be resolved using the knowledge base or by consulting with the community. Fixes and enhancements are prioritised based on urgency and development capacity.
Beyond this level of service, if you require a complex and/or highly specialized enhancement that is not already on the roadmap, there may be an opportunity to fund the work, though such arrangements would need to be handled on a case by case basis.
