If you need information or have an issue and you cannot find the information you need from a search of the knowledge base and existing community message threads, or perhaps you have something to contribute that does not appear to have been previously discussed, feel free to message the community by initiating a new thread from within the community page (select the "New Post" button).
Similarly, you can contribute to an existing thread by clicking through until you are given the opportunity to add a comment.
