The community can be freely searched in the same way as the knowledge base and we recommend doing so before starting a new thread or opening a support ticket as you may not be the first to have a particular suggestion or have encountered a specific technical issue.
To search the community, you can either use the magnifying glass icon on the top menu bar of any page or by using the main search bar on the home page, half a screen down from the top menu. This will yield all matching instances anywhere in the knowledge base or community with all results selectable. If you only wish to see community results, select "Community" in the "By Type" filter box to the left of the results list.
