Step 1
Select the Alert Types option under Coding on the main menu.
Step 2
Select the Add Type button, which appears at the top of the screen.
Step 3
The Add Alert Type page will appear. Fill in the fields to define the format.
Name
Enter the name of the alert type.
Level
Set the level of criticality associated with alerts of this type.
Position
Set the position of alerts of this type on record view screens.
Colour
You may set a colour by clicking on the bar and grid or by entering a hex code.
Report Display
Set the position of the alerts of this type on reports.
When you are ready to proceed, click Save .
Step 4
Verify that the new alert type appears in the list.
