Step 1
Select the Settings option under Configuration on the main menu.
Step 2
Find Accession Number on the settings screen, then click to bring up the ordering page.
Step 3
The Accession Number Order page will appear.
Click the to bring up the field ordering menu, use the options to set the order in which the accession number components will appear.
When you have finished ordering the accession number, click the Save button.
Note: The vertical order established here will be reflected horizontally in the accession number, with top to bottom mirroring left to right.
