1. Choose the Client Organisations option on the main menu.
2. Select the Client Organisation that you wish to change from the list.
3. Select the Delete Client Organisation button from the menu.
4. The Delete client organisation window will appear.
To confirm that you wish to delete the client organisation click the Delete button. If you do not wish to delete the client organisation click the Cancel button.
Note: You will not be able to delete a Client Organisation which is a parent to other Client Organisations or that has any specimens assigned to it. In this scenario you will need to disable the Client Organisation to stop it being used throughout the system.
5. The Client Organisation you have deleted will no longer appear in the list.
